When will my order ship?

Orders placed on weekdays are usually handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Preparation times may vary during campaigns and busy periods. You can track your order status from your account or through our customer service team.

Return Conditions

Since its founding, Antioch has put customer satisfaction first and works as a solution-oriented, dedicated and ethical company. If you have a problem with your order or a product for any reason, you can easily and quickly reach our support team through any of our channels for a return. You can send your product(s) back for a return within 14 business days. Returns are processed in line with the instructions provided by our support team; otherwise your return cannot be completed.

You can start your return by signing in to your account and selecting the order under "My Return Requests", or by visiting our "Easy Returns" page from the home page.

With the return code from the "Easy Returns" page, you can send your package through our contracted carrier "Yurtiçi Kargo". The return fee will then be charged to you. If you prefer to send your exchange or return with another carrier, please note that the shipping cost must be covered by you.

The product must remain original, hygienic and resaleable. We therefore cannot accept returns of products with damaged packaging, opened packaging, used or damaged products, or products with perfume or other detectable odors.
